With DÜPERTHAL connect, occupational safety is up to date with technology
Operators are obligated to assess the dangers that can emanate from technical equipment and devices as part of a risk assessment and to implement protective measures derived from this assessment according to the state of the art. Monitoring

Prevention through monitoring of all parameters relevant to the process.
- Monitoring of temperature for the preventive early detection of thermal events, for quality assurance, or for simple compliance with hazardous substance regulations according to safety data sheets.
- Monitoring of fill levels to minimize the risk of overfilling in accordance with national laws and guidelines, in Germany, for example, TRGS 509 and WHG.
- Monitoring of the exhaust air function according to DIN 1946-7: Especially during decanting and transferring, the exhaust air function must be continuously monitored (24/7) to prevent the formation of an explosive atmosphere in accordance with the requirements of DIN EN 60079-10-1.
- Monitoring of door status to ensure they are closed as intended according to DIN EN 14470-1/-2.

With our Labfolder, Laboperator and Labregister products, we connect researchers, devices and data to create an operating system for laboratories. It was therefore exciting for us to see how easily and smoothly the integration of the DÜPERTHAL connect app worked.
Regardless of the further developments and versions, our systems can exchange defined data via the interface with the DÜPERTHAL connect app virtually in real time.

Our FLUICS PRINT printer for QR-coded labels can be easily integrated into software tools such as LIMS and ELN. Together with our partner DÜPERTHAL connect, we have implemented the connection from FLUICS PRINT to the DÜPERTHAL connect app in a very short time.
After activation with an activation code, FLUICS label printing with solvent-resistant labels can now be initiated directly from the DÜPERTHAL connect app - that's how networking works!
Organizing and monitoring chemicals in the laboratory is a labour-intensive undertaking. The "DÜPERTHAL connect" app offers efficient solutions for this, which I was able to get to know as part of the Digital Transformation Forum at analytica 2022 in Munich. Within a cross-company workflow, data on media purity, determined by the UV/VIS spectrophotometer UV7, and media consumption, determined by the analytical balance XPR225 (METTLER TOLEDO), were exchanged with the DÜPERTHAL connect app. This simplifies media management and saves time.
