In practice, however, sensitive materials were in some cases stored in conventional refrigerators without monitoring – with significant risks to safety and efficiency.
Adhesives that are improperly stored or exposed to temperature fluctuations can lose their chemical properties. In the worst case, this can lead to adhesive failure on safety-critical components — with serious consequences for product quality, repair costs, and operational processes. Particularly critical: human errors such as accidentally opened doors or interrupted power supply have often gone unnoticed so far.
To ensure material quality and process safety, several DÜPERTHAL COOL line cabinets with integrated temperature monitoring systems and connection to the DÜPERTHAL connect monitoring software were implemented.

Temperature fluctuations, power outages, or user errors are detected and reported in real time. This ensures the consistent quality of temperature-sensitive adhesives and minimizes production risks.
